The equipment employs a modular screw design and a split barrel to precisely control the shearing and mixing processes the material undergoes within the screw, simulating various processes such as filling, blending, reinforcing, and reactive extrusion of general-purpose and engineering plastics. The entire production line typically includes precise metering feeding, multi-stage independent temperature control, vacuum degassing, water cooling, air drying, and precision pelletizing, achieving stable micro-output ranging from 0.1 to 20 kg/h. Through this highly integrated experimental line, researchers can quickly and economically validate new material formulations or optimize process parameters using only small amounts of material, obtaining finished pellets with regular morphology and stable quality, providing reliable data support for large-scale production.

The Lab Twin Screw Strand Pelletizing System is a miniaturized laboratory pelletizing line that transforms powdered materials into molten plastic polymers and then into uniform cylindrical plastic pellets. It primarily consists of a twin-screw extruder, a cooling water trough, a blower, and a pelletizer.
