lab Cast Film Lines
Laboratory cast film lines are precision film-making equipment designed specifically for new material research and development and formulation verification. By casting, drying, and shaping polymer melts or solutions on a moving carrier, they rapidly produce uniformly thick film samples, helping you accurately evaluate the processing performance and final quality of materials in the laboratory stage. Our equipment covers the full range of needs, from single-layer base films to multi-layer co-extruded composite films. Single-layer machines are easy to operate and suitable for rapid testing of single material properties, while multi-layer co-extruded machines can simulate the complex layer structures in industrial production, meeting the needs of cutting-edge research topics such as high-barrier and functional films. Furthermore, we can flexibly provide customized solutions based on your material characteristics, process requirements, and even laboratory space, ensuring that the equipment truly serves your R&D goals, helping you iterate efficiently and shorten the new product launch cycle.

Single-layer Lab Cast Film Line
The Laboratory Cast Film Line is primarily used for small-scale production of ultra-thin polymer films with extremely uniform thickness and a very high surface finish. It is equipped with a single-screw extruder that heats, melts, and plasticizes plastic particles such as PP, PE, and PLA, then extrudes them into thin sheets through a T-die.
